50s Vintage Cinnamon and Lace Marji Low Party Dress 37b/32w
Beautiful dress by Marji Low. Wear her to a fancy soiree, a cocktail party or even get married in it: you'll look fabulous.
Cinnamon-colored acetate has an overlay of cream-colored lace, which is then overlaid with sheer chiffon. Squared neckline, gathered cap sleeves. The skirt has a slight bell shape and is tiered in five layers. The original belt is missing; I've added a ribbon in one photo. Closes at the left side with a long metal zipper.
Condition:
Good. Two teeny, tiny mends at each shoulder, where the chiffon was coming away from the lace, virtually invisible. Note in the photo, the chiffon is worn away at the top of the zipper, can barely be seen. A little wear at the edge of the chiffon on the right sleeve, nearly invisible. As noted above, the original belt is missing. Cleaning is recommended.
