70s It's a Lehigh Gold Dust Dress & Jacket Large 40b
A lovely, whipped polyester creation by Lehigh.

Ultra light, sheer jersey fabric is jet black and liberally sprinkled with specks of gold glitter. The upper portion of the dress is loose and blousey and flows into the elastic waist. It is lined with sheer, soft chiffon. VERY FULL skirt that's cut just a wee bit longer in back than the front; the skirt is not lined and is very sheer so you'll want to wear a slip beneath. The dress has no buttons or zipper, just pulls on and off over the head. The matching jacket or cover-up has little fluttery sleeves and can be tied at the front or left open.
Condition:
Excellent. It is missing the thin self belt, but this can be easily replaced or you could remove the loops for no belt, it doesn't detract at all. Looks like it was worn once and then stored.
