60s Hot Pink Party Time Cocktail Dress 34b/30w
You'll be groovin' in this fab little party dress with matching lace coat.
No maker's tag, but commercially made. The lace jacket is nylon; the dress itself is rayon, lined with taffeta. The lacy bodice is covered with squiggly, iridescent pink sequins. Empire styling, emphasized with a bow beneath the bust. Slightly nipped waist, with a sheath-line skirt. The seams are pinked, and the hem is finished with fabric tape. Closes with a long metal zipper.
The matching, sheer lace over-coat has a rayon collar that closes with a hook and eye at the hollow of the throat. The sleeves are belled.
Condition:
Very Good. Appears very lightly worn. A bit of smudging at the back of the collar on the jacket, which I believe will lift with a recommended cleaning.
