60s Gold Metallic Janice Kay Skirt Suit Jacket 40b/29w
What a great, dressy suit! By Janice Kay for Richard Ingersoll, this very nicely made skirt suit is gold metallic from top to bottom.
The jacket has nice, roomy sleeves, is darted at the bust and buttons up the front with 5 fabric-covered buttons. It is fully lined with a peach-colored fabric, probably rayon. The top is gathered from the low waistband, which is embellished with a bow. It also is darted and lined. Closes at the back with 6 buttons.
The skirt is also lined and has darts from the waist and a pleat at the back. It closes at the back with a metal zipper and button.
Condition:
Excellent. Appears never worn.
