70s JCPENNEY Waist Nipper Shaper Girdle Garter Belt NWT Medium
Beautiful little waist nipper by JCPenney. The very high waist ensures tummy and waist control and there is a crystal white lace over chiffon upper panel . Nylon satin lower tummy panels, and two more satin panels at the side and back. Ten bones and powernet comprise the rest of the girdle. Four long adjustable, removable metal and rubber garters. Finished with a little white satin bow, front and center. Closes at the left hip with 10 hooks and 20 eyes. This piece is beautiful and the style is very hard to find.
Condition:
Very Good. The girdle itself is great, with a little bit of yellowing of the powernet. I didn't launder it to preserve what's left of the original tag and it does have a little smudge at the front, nearly invisible and will probably lift with a washing. Two of the garters have lost nearly all of their stretch and the other two still have a decent amount of stretch left. Two of the garters have faint rust spots (I did remove them and treat them with rust remover, they're very light). Powernet is tight and springy. The rubber is in fine shape.

Hips: 36 to 40 inches/91 to 102 cm
