This nightgown by Gossard Artemis is a pretty baby blue, both layers. The under-layer is sheer, soft nylon with chiffon edging at the hem. The top layer is sheer, light chiffon. The neckline is a paler version of baby blue, done in satin, adorned with embroidered flower appliques. The back neckline is open and closes at the nape with two little pearly buttons. Finished with a hem of satin. I love how the chiffon hem of the under-skirt peeps out beneath the satin. I'm certain Betty Draper would have worn this to bed.

Condition:

Very Good. The layer of nylon underneath has a number of very light rubs in the fabric. They're not bad but they're there. The good thing is, they can't be seen through the chiffon of the outer layer. The sheer chiffon has a few light picks but not easily seen and not bad at all. It's a really nice gown and presents beautifully.
