By Malouf of Dallas, this lovely dress has what I'd call "understated elegance". Simple but striking. The fabric is a dacron polyester jersey, it has a nice weight and feel to it. It is not sheer but drapes beautifully. Deep navy blue, trimmed with white piping at the hem and around the neck. The trim then travels under the bust and wraps around the waist a couple times, tying at the back. The dress closes with a long nylon zipper. Very nicely done..
