50s Vintage Navy & White Straw Pom Pom Topper Hat 20 inches
So cute! Deepest navy blue straw hat covered with tiny fabric dotted netting. Big white fluffy pom pom at the back. Black velvet band, rolled brim. No maker's label.
Condition:
Very Good to Excellent. There are a couple small breaks in the netting, but the netting sits very close to the hat and is black and they are virtually invisible and do not affect wearability or looks.

Inner circumference: 20 inches (meant to sit further back on the head)
Height: Approximately 2.5 inches
