70s Billowy Black Party Dress Small 32b
A fantastic little black dress!
No maker's tag, but commercially made, this dress is jet-black polyester jersey (the close-ups show the color better, some of the other photos have been lightened to show detail).
Big, billowing, gathered sleeves tie at the shoulders, which are open. Elastic at the wrists. Heavily ruched at the bodice and upper back. The high elastic waistline leads into a swishy a-line skirt. Slips on and off over the head. Beautiful!
Condition:
Excellent. Tags still present (see photo). Since it is new with tags, the dress has not been cleaned, which is recommended.

Bust: 32 inches/81.3 cm
Natural waist: 32 inches/81.3 cm
Hips: 46 inches/116.8 cm
Length from shoulder to hem: 39.5 inches/100.3 cm (please note: this is the SHORTEST length of the dress, the ties are very long and can be adjusted)
Sleeve length: approximately 19 inches/48.3 cm
