Fred Perlberg began working in the New York fashion industry when he was sixteen, and at nineteen, he started his own company (around 1920). Fred Perlberg Originals were mid-priced party and dance dresses and were marketed across the United States and Canada. Fred Perlberg retired in 1968, but the company continued with Roger Milot as the designer. - Information courtesy of the Vintage Fashion Guild Label Resource

Fab psychedelic coloring and design with loads of paisley. V'd neckline. The long sleeves end in spiral-stamped metal discs of varying sizes and sparkling, multi-hued rhinestones.

The waistline is emphasized with an attached belt that's slathered with the metal discs and rhinestones, front and back. A full-ish, flippy skirt, widely pleated.

The fabric has a lot of body and feels like a light wool or blend. Fully lined, this dress closes at the back with a long nylon or polyester zipper.

Unique and beautiful, very well made. No one else will be wearing anything like it!
