A cute, unique dress. No maker's tag, but commercially made. Empire waist. Deepest blue acetate velvet (some photos have been lightened to show detail) top features ruffles over the shoulders and gathered bust. The upper back is mostly open and closes with velvet ties at the back of the neck and near the waist. The entire top of the dress is lined; the skirt is not. The skirt is a long a-line, quite flow-y as it reaches the floor. The background is a cream white color, printed with stylized flowers done in blues and gray. In addition to the ties at the top of the dress, it also closes at the lower back with a short plastic zipper.

Condition:

Very Good to Excellent. I wonder if it's ever been worn. The only flaw I spot is crush at the velvet at the back of the neck, caused by the velvet being tied. Can't be seen when worn.
