60s 70s GOSSARD ARTEMIS Babydoll Nightgown XS/S
Such a pretty, feminine gown! By Gossard Artemis, this little nylon beauty has really wonderful details. First is the baby doll styling; the chiffon outer layer floats over the inner nylon, creating a beautiful silhouette. Illusion lace beneath the chiffon also appears at the outer layer and wraps around the gown, under the arms and across the back. The straps are rolled nylon with strips of chiffon placed between each one. Trimmed with dainty scalloped lace at both inner and outer hems. This was once part of a set, the robe is missing.
Condition:
Good. I don't often list anything with holes but these are few, tiny to very small, and this gown is just too good! The first photo shows 3 teeny holes at the back of the gown on the under layer. Can't be seen unless you look for them. The second photo shows a small hole about 1/8 of an inch long on the back of the outer layer, with a smaller one above it. Very, very hard to spot unless you know where it is and you're really looking. A few light picks. I've priced her accordingly. This would be a great gown for a pin-up photo shoot.
