I can hold items for 48 hours; if you need more time, please email me, you may be required to place a small deposit for a longer hold time.
The item must be in the same condition it was when it was sent to you, packaged securely and WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND INSURANCE, with the Pretty Sweet Vintage tag still attached and unaltered.
YOU MUST NOTIFY ME VIA EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN THE ITEM. IF I AM NOT NOTIFIED OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN THE ITEM, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
Returns should be made to: Pretty Sweet Vintage, 319 Chula Vista Place NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108. If you reside in the U.S., items must arrive back at Pretty Sweet Vintage no later than 5 business days after you've received it; for overseas customers, items must be received no later than 15 days after you've received it.
Sale items, lingerie and layaway items are not eligible for return/credit.
If you receive an item that is SNAD (significantly not as described), your purchase price will be refunded in full.
PLEASE NOTE: If you buy an item and change your mind about the purchase (before I've shipped it), YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 5% FEE ON THE TOTAL PRICE (which means, the item cost plus shipping). Paypal charges Pretty Sweet Vintage every time a refund is issued, no matter what the circumstance so that cost will be passed on to the buyer if you have already charged an item but decide before shipping that you don't want it. Please be CERTAIN you want the item before ordering.
ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. The merchandise credit is good for up to 1 year after return of the item (if you bought an item from Pretty Sweet Vintage before January 1, 2015 and it was returned, you're still eligible for the "forever credit". CREDIT IS NOT ISSUED FOR SHIPPING COSTS. SHIPPING AND INSURANCE ON RETURNS ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE.
