Love this great wool cape! Made by Pioneer Wear here in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which is now the location of a charter school. I believe they closed sometime in the late 80's, early 90's.

This cape is exceptional in styling and construction! Bright, vivid plaid colors, mostly in orange-red and blue. Trimmed all around with blue suede. Attached scarf goes over the left shoulder and is finished with blue suede fringe. Western-style yoke at the back. Lined with teal-ish blue satin acetate, embellished across the inside of the back with ribbon. Pockets inside! Knee-length or longer, depending on how tall you are. Closes at the front with four brass buttons.

Condition:

Excellent. I can't find a thing wrong with it and wonder if it was ever even worn. Any discoloration at the suede is natural variation in the leather. Cleaning is recommended.
