80s ACT I Swiss Dot Fluffy Full Skirt Dress Small
Imagine soft summer breezes and warm sunshine...
This ultra-femme, pretty dress is by Act I and feels like a cotton/poly blend. Super light, pure white sprinkled with teeny dots all over. Frilly, ruffled neckline with a very, very full skirt, which is swishy and flowing and is lined with an equally full, swishy petticoat/skirt.
The matching black belt adds the perfect pop of color with the red fabric flower. The skirt is fully lined with full, sheer, light, white fabric and the dress closes at the back with a long polyester zipper.
Condition:
Very Good to Excellent. Appears never worn. Some light red writing on the tag, no one will ever know. One dark-ish spot on the collar at the left side, very small and looks like a fabric/dye flaw, detracts very little. The belt is not attached and it could be made thinner or arranged any way you like at the waist, there's plenty of length there. *Note: the close-up of the fabric looks like maybe there is discoloration on the dress, there isn't, it's just how the fabric photo'd when I got in close-up.
