By Absolutely!, this slightly stretchy polyester dress has loads of sex appeal, coming and going! Form-fitting smocking all over with puckered emphasis at the hips and tush,. Padded shoulders and slightly dropped sleeves. Sexy, sexy open back, emphasized with a big bow. Deep black in color, sprinkled liberally with golden speckles everywhere. Closes at the back of the neck with two buttons.
