Well, just...WOW! What a fun, fantastic dress by Fred Perlberg. Dating to the late 70s, early 80s, this dress is disco-perfect for tripping the light fantastic and shining like the star that you are!
This dress seems to be nylon chiffon and is fully lined. Bright lipstick red in color, it falls in 9 tiers of ruffled chiffon, a sheath that gradually flares to the floor. Closes at the back with a long plastic zipper.

Condition:
