Feels like a cotton or cotton blend. Deep black background with an Asian-inspired print, done in bright bold yellow-orange, blues, red and white, with fuchsia dotted here and there. Nice long length. Shoulder pads. The jacket is open, the buttons down the front are decorative, as are those at the sleeves.

Condition:

Very Good. There is a spot on the jacket, right side, nearing the hem. I did treat it but was unable to lift it. It's very light and the busy pattern makes it very hard to spot and detracts very little, if at all (see photo). I've lowered the price a bit because of this. Otherwise, great!
