50s Vintage bergère Leopard Earrings & Bracelet
Fun pieces! I didn't acquire these as a set, so I can't guarantee the bracelet is by Bergère though I do understand that some pieces were unsigned, they really do seem to be an excellent match. The earrings are signed. Both pieces done in gold-toned metal and "leopard print" fur insets. The bracelet is a clamper and fits snugly on the arm; the earrings are clip-ons.
Condition:
Good to Very Good. Earrings are in great condition, with very little wear. The bracelet is more worn; the metal has small scratches on it and there is a small area of loss of fur at the back (see photo). It is still very attractive and wearable and no one will notice these flaws unless they ask to hold and examine it. The hinge on the bracelet works great, as do the clips on the earrings.
Measurements:
Bracelet: to approximately 7 1/8 inches around, 2 inches at its widest point
Earrings: 3/4 inch length; approximately 3/16 wide
