60s Malcolm Starr Black & Hot Pink Cocktail Dress 34b/28w

Jet black silk-chiffon (a few of the photos have been lightened to show detail), with the addition of a wide, brilliant hot pink belt beneath the bust. Pleated, Grecian-style bodice and back, knotted at the shoulders.
The swishy, flowing skirt is three layers: the bottom-most layer is rayon with a gentle a-line shape. The next layer up is chiffon with a light lettuce-type hem; it is very full. The outer layer is chiffon and is cut kerchief-style, in varying lengths, making it appear to be several layers. It is also full and swingy.
The shoulders (front and back) are lined with sheer, taupey beige nylon. This confection closes at the back with a long metal zipper and hook; the pink belt closes at the back with hooks. It's absolutely amazing and you'll be fabulous in it!
Condition:
Excellent; it looks never worn. There are a couple of ultra-light, short fabric pulls just beneath the pink belt, at the front right; virtually invisible. I am pretty sure this is silk chiffon, though not 100% sure, it is possibly nylon chiffon. I see no holes or stains; it's like-new and is perfect for NOW!
