70s Calico Sweetheart Prairie Dress 31b/24w
A darling Gunne Sax dress by Jessica, I love so many of the details here!
The dress is cotton, with nylon trim and rayon ribbon. The floral gingham print is on deepest navy and is done in pink, mauve, green and white. The dotted fabric is deep black with white dots.
The sweetheart neckline is trimmed with a chain of little white flowers, with lace trim beneath that. Lace-up corset styling, set into a panel of lace trimmed black velvet. Dotted self-belt. The full skirt (shown here withOUT a crinoline) has a hidden pocket at each hip and is finished with ribbon and lace. Closes at the back with a long polyester zipper.
Condition:
Excellent. Appears never worn.
