A femme pattern of roses and swirling paisleys. Puffed shoulders with pads inside; there are decorative buttons at the end of each sleeve. The unusual feature of this dress is that it can be worn as a form fitting triple-ruffle dress, with a thick elastic band as a belt or the top peplum layer can be removed to make it more sheath-like, with two layers of ruffles. The removable peplum is attached with two buttons at the waist and closes at the front with three snaps.
Slips over the head and closes at the back of the neck with a glossy purple button.
Condition:
Excellent; appears never worn.
